mav1c - Yes, the 5x114.3 wheels I posted in this thread all fit over brembos as they are designed for the 05/06 STi. Also every wheel posted in this thread has a 56.1 hub bore except for the Bronze/Gun Metallic 05/06 P45F

tegnwrx - 17" Torques weigh about 18.6lbs, 18" are 20lbs exactly.

Yeah. I want the Gunmetallic P45F's, but I don't want the larger hub bore. I guess I'll just have to wait.

I know this is a crazy question but...

Can you get the D2's with color matched rivets?

Can you get the D2's without rivets at all?

Is there ever going to be a chance that Rota would make the D2 more like the SSR GT2 without the rivets at all but with a smooth finish?

I love the style of the wheel, but hate the rivets.

omahasubaru - unfortunately the only way to get them without rivets is too special order 20 pieces. I can start a group buy for a design like this if you want.

06 wrx - $725 shipped. I do not have any in my shop but I show Rota USA does so i can check in the morning when my shipping guy heads over there. Give me a call at 510-651-2956 or shoot me a PM if you would like me to check on those.

APSWRX1 - replied Enjoy the new wheels and lugs dude!

That hyper black color is really something. They look different in eacho of the 3 pics above. In the first pic of the Tarmacs they look almost black-gunmetal, the second they almost look bronze/black chrom, in the third they look silver-ish. I really need to see it in person. I think they's look pretty sweet.

Hah yea it's an awesome color to see in person. It's really hard to capture how they look in pictures since the color does change alot depending on what kind of lighting is on the wheel. With barely any light hitting the face it looks black, however when the sun directly hits the wheel and you look at it head on the wheel has a polished bright look to it. It looks awesome on the Tarmac 2's and Torques.

If you can get a list of 5 people who all want the same style wheel and color and specs, you can name it whatever you want

Dan, I'm giving up on my quest for affordable, light 17x8.5's or 17x9's, not to mention trying to find a vendor that is credible and knowlegeable like you are. So, after much looking around, I decided Rotas are the way to go for me. More specifically, Hyper Black Rota Torques in 17x8 5x114.3 for my '06 STI. Can you pm me with price and availability? Let's do this!

Hey,

Yes the 06 Legacy GT still has a 5x100 bolt pattern. Pretty much every 5x100 subaru fitment Rota wheel will fit with no problems. Just use our stoptech fitment as a guide when selecting the wheel as every wheel that clears the stoptechs will clear the LGT brakes. The only wheel that won't fit really is like the 17" D2 or +53 wagon offset wheels.

Hey,

Right now we have Gold and Steel Grey available for the 05/06 STi. G-Forces only come in 17" and we have the same two colors for the 05/06 STi.

I will talk to Subydude tmrw and see about putting the order in for either FRSB or Hyperblack in 05/06 sti fitment. I still have your info on file so I will give you a call if I get any news on this. We just got both in 5x100 and they look amazing. I'm sure you saw some pictures of it from the group buy thread but heres a few incase, sorry for being a tease with these pictures

Do you know what other P45F colors you'll be getting in the 05/06 STI fitment? Any other 18's that size? When will you have the Tarmac III's?

The only planned colors were the ones I listed in the other thread (18x8 cosmic blue in stock, 18x8.5 gold in stock, 18x8 gold 73hb soon, and the other 73hb bronze/gm) I will be getting an incoming list for April pretty soon and if there are more colors on that list I will let you know. Tarmac 3's are still in production for 05/06 fitment. So far Charcoal Grey and Hyper Silver are the only colors on order from our shop, not sure if Rota USA plans to order any other colors at this time.
