Default There is WAY too much emo in "I miss my ex" for me to post there

This thread is for all the men who have balls, and the women without excessive emotional baggage.

Whenever the wife and I are having problems, I get kind of emotional and hope she doesn't leave or that I don't make the mistake of completely leaving, but honestly, if we ever do split up, I'm having a big party. It really doesn't bother me to have relatives die either. Sure, it hurts a little at first, but then I just think "well, that's life".

I dunno if I should laugh or cry about this.

I run the same way too, at least with the death thing. I'm not in a relationship right now. When my father died (I was 15), I missed a week of school to make funeral arrangements, and then I just kept on going (of course it was a rough week, but I bounced back pretty fast, and that's what he would have wanted me to do). My life doesn't begin and end based upon other people entering or leaving it.

Seriously. I think the motto for women w/o baggage should be "It's ok that my husband/boyfriend/SO looks at porn. It has nothing to do with me. "

Motto for the ones with baggage and porn issues.

"Maybe I should lose 50 pounds, get a job or learn to cook. Then when I'm done I can actually wash my *****. Then maybe he'll look at me again."

Seriously. Where else are we going to get ideas of new things to do in bed?

Ok, NOW the virgin comments should start. (That and I very rarely look at porn.)

Agreed. My GF lets me do pretty much whatever I feel like. The only restriction, is this: "Do not post pictures of me in that NASIOC 'girlfriend' thread." Not an unreasonable request.

No, it's just that I hear so many women all upset that their boyfriends watch porn. Then, the other girls get upset and agree with her because their men watch it. (OMG, a pattern maybe?) The insecurity that fosters those feelings is baggage.

Porn for men is normal. It's just no big deal.
