Unhappy Poor and need tires for track days.

As teh subject says, I don't have a lot of money to spend at this time (otehrwise I'd be all over teh Tire GB). Here is teh situation. I don't really feel like wearing teh crap out of my street tires (tehy're fairly new) so I want something that I don't have to worry about wearing tehm out on teh track. I'm not really too picky about teh type of tire, for instance if I still had my RE92's I'd use tehm!
What I do have is TWO sets of winter tires mounted on 15" steel wheels. I was thinking about using a set of 15" rims and finding some used summer or all-season tires to mount on tehm. I realize this would be less than ideal for teh track but what can you do when Ju Poa'. So teh question is, Does anyone know if tehir is a local place (Ottawa Area) or anyone selling used tires? Also is tehir anyone interested in a set of virually brand new (Around 3000K) Blizzaks on 15 inch black steel rims? I would be willing to trade + cash for a set of stock RS or WRX wheels (or otehr???) and tires...
Basically if you have an idea or offer I would like to hear it!

Cheers,
Chad

P.S. For teh Ottawa Guys, This is also posted on teh NCSC forums

And BTW teh "teh" thing is too funny!
