Ever wonder what 2 Galaxies look like when they colide?

So yeah... for us space dorks out there...

This is a computer simulation in slide shot form of what happens when two galaxies colide with a blackhole in the center drawing them together...

The M51 shots are interesting...rather than a collision, the larger galaxie is swallowing up the smaller one....it's gone from 'blow' to 'suck'!
