Default Got a 2.0l Turbo for the Wife as well!

Albeit a slightly different variety

She can't be any happier with the size/ shape, utility and all the creature comforts! And I am happy that I can look forward to adding a few "go fast bits"

looks like some of what I was planning, is already done

between the two, there are 300k of thoroughly enjoyed miles!!

I guess I should post more threads about non-subaru cars on a subaru car forum too.

Stay tuned...

ah nice FSI you got there. Looks like it has the NUESPEED intake with race extension ($$). Check your cam follower now!!!!!!!

They really wake up with a simple stage 1 tune. I currently have a stg1 Revo tune and prefer it over anything APR has to offer.

Happy to help with any questions you might have. I have an 06 GTI with the same FSI motor.

Edit: Also noticed its missing this http://www.neuspeed.com/k850m672-iso...alefemale.html
def get one on there ASAP as teh P Flow loves to shift and pop off turbo intake and let in unmetered air

I got a MKVI for my wife a while back as well. She was looking into WRX's, I talked her out of it. So far it's been a great car. My wife will never own another non turbo car now though

haha... thanks, but let it go man. We (Subaru drivers) have always been on the receiving end of comments like those... so I can see how some of us want to give a little back.

It was just on observation man. I know my comment wasn't very constructive but i thought it needed to be said. But this is coming from someone who thinks the wrx hatch is ugly as well. The back and side profile so terrible. Sedan ftw!

You guys lol. Could care less about GTI/WRX vanity. It seems every forum now a days has some guy/members that offers no help or advice or anything worth a damn. Commenting on his lack of content.

But hey keep posting those clever pics, they make me laugh.

Well lets see, the op posts pictures of his wifes vw for all to see and you dont expect comments on its looks??? And we are so shallow because we actually care what our vehicles look like???

haha.. thanks fellaz! I've been enjoying my bugeye for the past 4+ years... specially the last one year after the ej207 swap .

In our price range... the GTi truly offered the best overall package. She didn't need an out and out performance car... and I sure as hell wasn't gonna buy her an Accord or Camry.

I love VW and Audi look and performance wise, but their reliability and maintenance costs scare the piss out of me!
