Bill, I know a place that does some good cheap porting. But you usually cant port intake manifold cause the ports are so long and thin. They can port the ends, but usually cant port the middle. Now, what some of the DSM guys do is have their intake manifolds Extrude Honed. That costs about $300, but it's amazing work. Do a search and you'll probably find some pics.
