So... I'd figured I'd post something..

Since I cant seem to find a tuner I've decided to learn how to tune myself..
For last few months.. I've been "mastering" Vipec/Link ECU and tuning techniques..

Overall concept seems relatively simple..
1. setup your knock and make sure its working properly
2. tune the fuel map for proper AFR
3. finally tune ignition for power

So far its been ok.. did few pulls in total, trying to get the AFR in line..

Here are the last 2 pulls exported to a Virtual Dyno..
Wastgate pressure about 14.7 psi..

And a 2nd run

Tuning is something I've always been super interested in and how you broke it down just made a lot of things click in my head lol I don't know why it took so long to figure that out.

Is the tune analysis software useful?
I use megalog viewer (full version): 3 axis scatter graphs for eg spark table are grouse

Once setup properly the Link log analysis seems to be very good.
You can trace back and forth through and see exactly how each table was used.

I've watched few vids on other engine mgmt software and not because I have Link, but I think this one is one of the better ones.

Started playing around with wipers and making them work with the PDM..

Once I figured out and tested how the park function is supposed to work I think I've burned out the "parking tracks".

Flushed the tranny and rear diff and now filled up with them Motuls synthetics...

Last piece of "synthetic" puzzle..
Finally switching from conventional.

Sometimes I wonder who the genius was that overtightened the filter...

I always fill the new filter with oil..
Here is how much the filter actually takes..

And here's whats up next..

As the weather cooled off a bit..
to about 86F inside the garage, it was safe enough to do some work.

Pretty much all scales except the RR were within 0.2 degrees.

Looking at the scales the car has not lost any weight since the last weight in.

Yeah.. with me in the car.. looks like I have not lost any weight either...
Now.. starting with 52.50% cross weight balance..

Wheel off.. wheel on .. wheel off.. wheel on.. and so on...
And poof... we have a number...

Mind you.. this was my first time corner balancing a car..
All around spring height deviation is no more than 3mm.
Front/Rear balance is not perfect.. but will have to do..

Any of you corner balance experts in here?
How does that look?
Would you go for cross weight more or for left<->right weight distribution. (trying to match the front left and right side weights)

What I am saying is that I could have had 51% cross weight and difference between my fronts would have been 25lb vs 50.

As the temps drop to a comfy 88F in the garage...
I can start working again..

Anti-seize the world !!! I use it as a rust protector as well. Marine grade does not wash off that easy.

Spacer or no spacer.. Once the car was lowered, it ended up not needing one.

Up next was the front.

Seems that the bolts supplied are too short. Engagement seems to be the thicknes of the bolt but I think they will need to be replaced.

Forgot if there needed to be some tension on the links...
I do have some butits marginal.
