When I put up my panels, it was less than a year before a neighbor did the same. Model 3, Bolt, or new Leaf starting getting parked in a driveway, at work, etc, the dominoes will tip faster. GM, Ford, Subaru, Honda, VW, Volvo, all making EV announcements in recent memory. Every time I use a public charger where shopping exists, which is rare for me, people do nothing but stare, point, etc. One of my boys lives close to an Ikea and Iíve stopped there to top off on 240v before. Oh my, youíd think I was sitting in a MacLaren to the herd. They just donít understand it yet, but they will. 110v outlets at work are already filled most days. I think facilities putting those in, led to a few Leaf sales alone here.

Wait for Pepsi and the like to make a big deal about using EVís. I just watched a doc on solar/wind, and the price is already matching and/or beating traditional coal, nuclear, etc. Lots of companies or corps are 100% renewable powered currently. Itís the steady cost with no long term spikes. Gas theyíll give you 6, renewables theyíll give you 20 years. Corps are taking advantage. When solar and wind start beating you economically, itís over dude. We will see a big shift, major, no matter the whiners all along the way. Market is already deciding.

Yes, model 3 is ramping up and customers are expected to take delivery this month but it wonít come close to Bolt sales and most people expect that. 3 - 4 months from now it might be a different story but assuming Model 3 will outsell the bolt for Q4 or even just December is going to be incorrect.
