that was me. Several friends of mine (not all subarus), including myself obviously, are trying to spite a friend that won't do anything brave with his car. He wanted to paint his wheels lime green on his blue 04 STi. Everyone is obviously hating on him for this idea, but we're like, f it. If you like it, do it. It's easy. Here's how easy.

So if you see in flux of colored rims, that's probably one of us. Sadly mine turned out better than I thought. I really wanted to make it obnoxiously blue. Might redo them.

Dude I was really digging it. I've seen some WRB cars with lime green wheels and it looks pretty good IMO

Let me know if you want to help me paint my wheels, they're crappy winter wheels and I need to do something to jazz them up a bit

Rushed them yesterday for the meet which I never made it to. Worked all day today, so I'll have to snap a pic tomorrow when the sun's out.

Hey Guys!

Just trying to gauge interest on a possible Subaru Tuning Day in Morgantown, maybe even scheduling around a meet. We are an AP ProTuner shop and have all the equipment for OpenSource tunes as well.

In addition, I'm working with J&S Dyno in Verona PA (outside of Pittsburgh) to setup a Subaru Dyno Tuning Day there aswell!

Let me know what ya think!

Sup Nate, I know a couple guys down here who have been tuned by you... Are you talking about putting the car on a dyno and doing the tune? Or just a street tune. I'd definitely be interested in getting my car on a dyno, even if it's just to see what kind of numbers I'd put down.

Is there an AWD Dyno closer to Morgantown than Pittsburgh?

We could do it either way! I do alot of streetuning with our sweet mobile wideband setup. Maybe we could do a street tune day in Morgantown and I'll put together a Dyno Day at J&S?

Thanks!

I just figured I'd post up some pics for those who are interested.

The wiring merge is about 75% done. Here are a few pics to scare you. Will it run? Your guess is as good as mine.

I've got the 02 WRX engine wiring most of the way wired into the 04 STi harness. I just need to finish up some of the cluster wiring, and decide what do do with the cruise control. So far I have about 20 hours in it. Another 6 or so and it will be done. In the back of the pic, in and around the cardboard box and in the milk crate is all of the extra stuff I cut out of each harness. Oh, and that shopping cart is completely full of more wiring, too, mostly extra STi bulkhead and rear harnesses

Here's a few to make you laugh.

Hey Nate, remember this?

I did some fiberglass work on it, repainted it, put some ballasts and bulbs in it, and mounted it on a random dented hood I bought. It is just for the hell of it, to by funny. It is removable and mounted on an extra hood anyways.

For those of you with HID kits out there, if you blind me, you're getting it in return 10 fold.

Oh, and yes I know there is a penis drawn on my windshield.

Are you doing all this here in Morgantown? If so if you ever need an extra set of hands or just someone to stand there and watch/hold your flashlight, I'm your man

Anyway, here are the photos of my blue rims as promised
