Default Radiator fans not turning on

Well today was the day to fire up the car. Just finished a jdm v7 engine/drivetrain swap. Hooked up the Hydra and the motor fired right up. With the help of a friend we got the idle pretty steady but noticed the radiator fans weren't kicking on. After having the car sit and idle for awhile the temps were coming up and the fans still woundn't kick on. I have stock fans with a PWR radiator and crucial t-stat. When unplugging the radiator fans before the swap, i couldnt get the connector off on the drive side and the leads all came out of the connector. I put them back in what I thought was the right order but i think this might be the problem. Does anyone have a diagram showing which color leads go in which slots or if anyone has a picture of theirs on the driver side. Thanks!

Ok, I am assuming that a hydra is some kind of a/market ECU? does it have the same failsafe that the OEM ECU has, that is, when you disconnect the coolant temp sensor the fans will run constantly? If so, try that....
What coolant temp are you getting to before you shut it down?
Do the fans work when you turn the aircon on?

hydra is a standalone ems. i havent disconnected the temp sensor to see if they will click on. I dont have AC in the car but when i hit the AC button I hear a clicking noise near the fans but they dont come on. The highest temp i've seen was 105 C* but that was after idling for awhile.

They should switch on before that!! If you disconnect one, (the one that had the pins pulled out), does the other one work? it should.
ALso, does the hydra control the fans, coz the std ECU does.
Have you set the Hydra up to switch thermo's on? and if so at what temp?
Is the coolant temp sensor working OK?
Sorry for all the questions, but sometimes they lead to answers
Cheers

yes i know they should switch on before that, thats why i made this post The fan on the passenger side does not even come on. That connector is perfectly fine also, so this almost leads me to believe its something to do with the EMS. I will have to look into that tmrw when I have time to work on the car. Temp sensor is working fine from what I can tell, never had issues with it ever. I will report back once i fool around with the hydra some more.
