It isn't a good idea to use other peoples maps. You might wanna go get the car tuned(by a good tuner) if you're not gonna do it yourself(imo). You might wanna drive at partial throttle til your map is tuned(below 60% tps). Someone elses map might be a good place to start when tuning a map, but it is not a replacement for getting the map tuned correctly. If you wanted to use a map you wouldn't have to tune, you shoulda gotten a txs exhaust and a vf30.

Like hippy said...if you do get a map, I would strongly recommend NOT just loading it. Using it as a reference for developing your own map is fine, but don't use it unmodified unless you are 100% sure of the mods and UTEC special parameter values (constants) on the car the map came from.

You should even think twice about using it then. If the map came off a car with a different air filter, a different weight of oil then your car uses, or was tuned in a place that the atmosphere was different then where you're driving, you can really screw up your car by using it. This is all just my opinion though, and I'm no expert...

I've had a vf22 for 8 months, and tuned many, many, maps. Just curious to see what everybody's setup is.

Thanks,
