Default My rods won't fit on my crankshaft

Howdy!
I'm rebuilding my EJ25 engine and my rods won't fit on my crankshaft anymore. I took a micrometer to everything and it's in spec, I did get new bearings and they're the exact size as the old ones (Just for kicks I tried fitting the rod on the crank with the old bearings, still nothing)

More specifically, I can get the rod on but the cap and the rod won't meet without creating a whole ton of friction to the point I physically can't move them when they're torqued correctly.

Are you using assembly lube, or oil at the very least?? Pretty confused why you're having such problems.

I hope you were just in a rush, but please slow down. Looking forward to your successful build story.
