Default GDA/B trunk lid torsion bars

Looking for the right trunk torsion bars for my part set up (5lb) CF lid + (7lb) RAR spoiler. Hoping someone has more details on the trunk torsion bars used on the GDA/B cars. More than I am able to scour from prior NASIOC posts and the remaining internet. Understandably, I would rather get some additional info before conceding to buy a bunch of torsion springs just to stumble upon what I need...if it even exists.

My list so far (lhs/rhs) in no particular order: Factory installed springs will be body color painted and will not show ID paint marks.
57529fe000/010 - steel trunk, w/o spoiler - measures ??mm - black with white paint marks
*57529fe020/030 - steel trunk, w/ non-STI spoiler - measures 6.58mm OD - ?? paint marks
*57529fe080/090 - non-USDM, alloy trunk, w/ non-STI spoiler - measures 6.07mm OD - black with yellow paint markings
*57529fe100/110 - non-USDM, alloy trunk, w/o spoiler - measures 6.07mm - black with red paint markings
57529fe060/070 - steel trunk, w/ STI spoiler - measures ??mm guessing 7.5mm OD] - black with blue paint markings
*I already have tried these

I am guessing that I need 57529fe100/110 but I am not sure if those are weaker, same, or stronger than 57529fe000/010.

Alternative options:
-Removing one of the torsion bars to reduce the lift force.
-Removing both torsion bars and use a prop bar to hold the lid up.
-Removing both torsion springs and add small neo magnets onto the trunk hinges to hold the lid up.
-Figure out how to install gas charged struts, wouldn't those be nice.

Ordered a 57529fe100/110 set to try out. I had a few leads that these are likely the weakest torsion bars Subaru offers. So it's my best chance besides moving to non-OEM options. I will retest when these come in and update the info.

If someone happened to have these, I wouldn't mind knowing the measured diameters and if any can see the ID paint mark colors to update the post.
57529fe000/010 - wingless versions
57529fe060/070 - STI versions

57529fe100/110 worked out perfectly, the lid/spolier combo now functions like factory. When you pull the trunk lever the lid unlatches, sits about 1" up until you lift the lid upwards, and it holds the full open position until you pull it down.

These measured the same OD as my last set so I started looking at the formed angles of the springs themselves. The lift force is certainly a function of the spring diameter AND the formed angles. I still have to figure out how to explain how to quantify these angles and add to the post. Although maybe why bother, no one gives three poops about it anymore.
