Default Who wants to make money for having fun?

Sorry mods, I kno this doesn't belong here, i'm a bit frantic. Please, if it can't stay here, feel free to move it to anywhere but the trash bin. Thanks!

EDIT!: I'm willing to trade tools and car parts for this, i have milwaukee, dewalt, makita, just lots of stuff i can always repurchase. Let me know what you're looking for.

Aright, i'm not sure exactly where to put it but me and my fiance are pretty desperate.

We have a dog, her name is Casey. She's a full bread Australian Sheppard. She's brilliant. She's almost 8 months and fully potty trained.

We are in a predicament, our apartment complex wants her out now. It's just a no dog apartment. We had her before we moved in and the leasing agent said it was pretty lax(to get us to give them our money). Well its not and I can't bare to give her up. I just got back from the pound and I couldn't do it. It was after hours and all they had were these dark, cold kennels that can't be unlocked.

We are both willing to pay someone to keep her for just a couple of weeks. I've looked into kenneling but its just too expensive for us. We have a new baby and we're trying to keep our bills under wraps and not end up like the rest of the economy.

Kennels are charging up to 20 dollars a day and thats almost a quarter of what I make at work in one day. Like I said, it's only for a couple weeks, we're moving into a house after that but in the mean time we need to keep all of our promises and make sure things go smooth, including NOT getting kicked out of our apartment.

I'm more than willing to help on an install or do some welding or fabrication in return. If anyone has space for one more dog we'd both be more than grateful!

Words she knows:
No
Sit
Stay
Off
Come
Outside
In
Inside
Go lay down
Bad
Up
I'm sure there are more but I can't really think of them.

Anyway, i'm willing to do just about anything to keep her, if anyone can help please let me know asap. The next time we get a complaint(anyone who sees her) we're out.
We're also looking into breeding her, if anyone wants to invest in a free Australian Purebread puppy, this would be a great opportunity.
THANKS!
Steve

Just to those with suggestions, no we dont have family to leave her with, nope, no friends either.

How is it that everytime someone says something really dumb, they're usually a scooby specialist?

How is it that every time (two words) someone Makes a really dumb thread, they're usually newbies?

All I asked was how fun it is to babysit for someone? The thread title is just off is all.

I'm no Newbie. Maybe on here. How is this a dumb thread? It served its purpose... thank god.

Most people have fun in having a pet... and if you're having fun AND getting paid...I actually found a home where the guy just got divorced and he was lonely... Wanted another fun, young animal to keep him company. He didn't even want money or tools. No trade, just wanted to help out. Great guy btw. How about the 40 something odd lady that just had her last kid leave the nest and needed something to get her by, something she could still "nurture" until she felt better. Hell my mom had a hell of a time when I left at 18. Years ago.

I honestly had about 60 people respond to my ad within a couple days. Some were looking to get some sweet tools, some were looking for companionship. I'd rather see Casey help someone in getting through a rough time then be a burden to someone that was just in it for the money. Most people arent that way though. She's having a blast at the same time so everyone is winning. She gets to play with a freakin goat man! A jumping goat at that...

Oh btw, the thread title is somewhat of a sales tactic... everyone wants to have fun and make money.... its common sense to want to... so...yeah. To some people its true, others it isn't.
