Lightbulb 02-03 WRX Front Bumper idea

Some people have there discrepancies about STIs VS EVO. Weither it be handleing or looks. I may get hate mail over this but what about combining these two great rivals? First step to test the waters is front end cosmetics. Here is a photo thats been Modded (Didnt even take five minutes to do). I you can imagen a hybrid stock (wagon or sedan), bumper mixed with the EVO X look. The blacked out portion being a mesh grille for looks aswell as structural integrity to keep the bumper as one and not one with the wind xD
Comments wanted please bad or good

I don't see too many evos, ever, so I don't know the style your going for but are you planning on hacking up a $1200 prodrive bumper to make it... (this is where I get lost)???
Plus the bumper to the grill isn't flat so would the mesh contour with the bumper, I don't think it matters, no just NO.

It's called paint the bumper and be done. No need to cut it than you'll have the crash beam showing.

BluBug, The newer exo x. No i do not plan on wasting a $1200 pro drive bumper. Idea was to use the stock bumper and custom fabricate it. I will add another photoshoped pic later to explane this a lot better. I would be cutting out the mid section exposing the crash beam as Veritasaequitas stated BUT that was also the piont he missed with the mesh grille being inlaid into it. The now two seperate pieces would be tappered up to meet the mesh grille for a smooth piece top to bottom and not stair stepped down with the stock look. Again i will add another photo that will show what im possably failing to discribe in words xD

What are you asking exactly?

If you want a WRX to look like an Evo, you're in luck! Just buy a 2015 WRX! Subaru has already done the work for you!

lots of people do something like this. Just paint the center section black and it will look evo-ish... Here it is on an 04-05

so with the middle black bumper portion into a full mesh - from the grill all the way down to the bumper? going to expose lots of structure ... i hope the "structure " is very strong

gotta do some really good fabbing as the other uncut portion of the bumper will be sticking out

** search "audi" style mask because that's where the idea came from

on the other hand. here's this

I think painting it black like that looks much better on that white Blobeye. The bugeye doesn't look bad really. I'd really like to see the bumper chop Photoshop. The white wrx AMD blue wrx are the only pics I can see. Were there more posted?
