Default Left/right squeak diagnosis

I have been dealing with a drivers side squeak for a while, and I could never diagnose it because it would only happen while the car was moving. It would occur if I turned the steering wheel right wile the car was moving. I would get out and shake the car around and I could never reproduce it, so that eliminates the springs/dampeners. The other day I managed to reproduce it.

If I grab the top of the fender on the drivers side and shake the car laterally left and right, I get a squeak somewhere in the suspension... I haven't been able to track it down yet, any ideas on what it might be? I nut and bolt checked the sway bar and the bolts were tight, but maybe the bushing is bad or something? Thanks in advance for any help!

Still haven't diagnosed it, problem occurs while steering right while the car is moving.

Sway bars, bushings, lat links, strut mounts, spring seat, body panel flexing/rubbing, etc...

I figured, just hoping to narrow it down a bit more than that

I was hoping this was a known issue, but I guess not, thanks anyway!

With it only making noise while turning the wheel, I would start with looking at the upper strut mount. It has a bearing in a rubber bushing that allows the strut to rotate when the wheel is turned.
