Thats exactly what I would do if I went that route. Same tires too, just like I did with my Impreza. So easy to lift this car when you realize how many parts are compatible from Imprezas/Foresters...

Hah! That is awesome. What kind of tires are those? Obviously some form of off-road tire, but I can't quite make it out from the 4th picture.

I would absolutely adore that car… (and that license plate is awesome!). Since we've got a .blue, it'd be kinda wasteful for ours, but perhaps if another were to join the fleet at some point… hmmmm… (and as it'd likely be off warranty… I'll just hope the friend of ours who has done this stuff, and has friends at the BRZ performance place is still in town to oversee if it happens!)

If we ever manage to decide a time to do Dirtfish, we then have to choose between their BRZ or WRXs… (and we own one of each too… guess it'll depend which the hubby would rather let me "practice what I learn" in )

They're becoming fairly popular in rally.

I know at least 4 fully prepped stage cars that have competed in the US in the last year, pretty sure there are more as well.

FYI their BRZs run fully stock suspension.

Here's a picture I took of a BRZ racing at NEFR last month.

Eh...

No Dave. But to each their own, this is certainly better than the stupid hellaflush bull****.

I do like his bumper beam and cutout bumper quite a lot.

Default Lifted BRZ!

The rally look is pretty cool, and it looks like a lot of fun to drive. I'm curious to see how it performs. It's the first lifted BRZ I've seen.

They run stock suspension at Dirtfish?! But... how?! I took my BRZ to Bishop, CA recently and some of those dirt roads were rattling the car apart on the stock suspension!

I'll find out-- we're doing Dirtfish in their BRZs this year!!! (and then trying to not buy a 4th car…)

Not a huge fan of the lift, like them low to the ground.

I never thought it could be done but wow it looks pretty cool, especially when it's in action. Good job taking a street car and turning it into a rally car!

Did the STi course a couple of years ago...really jonesing to do the BRZ. So Much FUN! Recommended highly!

The Dirtfish guys rally a highly modified, lifted BRZ (full rally suspension) that is a hoot to watch. You can usually catch them wrenching on it in the same garage that holds the fleet of cars they use for the school.
