Have fun rolling it all. If you think they're going to do that for you, think again.

You're a lot better off going to wone of those change kiosks in a grocery store.

Most banks have one of those machine. Whether they charge you a fee or not for using it, is up to them..

Your bank makes you roll your change?

I thought most banks have machines that sort it for you.. they're not trusting enough if they get scammed 1 quarter each on 5000 rolls.

Guess it's been a while since I've had to cash in a bunch of change. Or maybe my bank is living in the dark ages.

Anyway, nice job on the $650. How long did it take you to amass that?

funny you need too have them all rolled up too bring it too the bank

also I like some ****ty banks IE: Washington mutual - do not take coins rolled or any other way.

also staty the hell a way from coin star counting machines some want like 18%-30% of the money you put thru them that is like a total scam.

let me check my coin stash..............

yep, 29 cents, everyday I spend some money and put the change in a little pocket in my wallet. Thgen I let it build up untill I need to use change again, if it starts to get too full, then I change it back into bills, which when they get spent I put the change back in the pocket. It's almost like a neverending supply of change.

I use to bank at Wash Mutual. At first it was free, then they started to charge something like 3% to put the lose coins thru their counting machine. I thought that was pretty lame, so I switched to our Credit Union which ran coinstar machines with no charge. Well that lasted for about 2 years and now they slapped on a 3% charge.
