Tein stech springs....wat shocks????

so i got the tein s tech springs and im reading on here that these springs will blow out the stock shocks??? and if so what kinda shocks should i get.. thanks

No they will not blow out the shock, they the springs will cause them to wear out prematurely. I have Tein S-Techs with KYB AGX shock, I recommend them, but I have also heard that the Koni inserts are very good as well.

the S-tech springs are so low that they may wear out the OEM struts prematurely. even if they don't, they do take the damper out of its normal response range so the spring will not be very well controlled. Koni inserts would be one of the few choices that could work since the Koni's can be run low and still provide excellent control.

most people buy those springs for looks only - if you're after performance the STI pinks or Prodrive springs are a much better choice...

....d000000d.....buy a truckload of the cheapest struts ya can get and change 'em every 10k or so....'cuz that's what ya gonna have to do regardless of what strut ya buy if ya use those junk springs
