I didn't mean anything bad by it. We were all young and awkward. And it was a long time ago (07 or so, maybe 08?) I just had a weird hunch it might have been you. Small world I guess.

Also, I have a tendency to remember very small details about most situations, even childhood memories. It's a curse.

^this. Im kinda ****ting bricks right now, there no gas or barely any in NYC/NYS period, i was on a line for 3 hrs yesterday to find out they only have Regular/87 gas available (alot of stations are only carrying 87 for the time being) how bad is it to put 87 in the WRX. i had to fill up and waiting online for 3 hrs since i had no gas to even make it back home. i also used that "octane booster" idk how much that does if it does anything at all. (unmarried the cobb ap too)

Keep your current tune. No need to unmarry. The stock tune is so bad id rather run 87 on ap tunes.

Anyway reflash to a 91 octane map and then DONT BOOST you will be fine. Just dont abuse it. The car will pull timing as it needs just go easy dont go anywhere neer boost. Octane booster wont really help you.

Where in ny are you? Im in jersey and we have the gas rationing now. Half my area is still outta power.

^^ you guys should just drive up to ct/ the other side of ny... It would probably take equally as long to drive up here as it would to wait... If u got gas cans its even better...

perfect thank you so much im definatly gonna install the AP again to a 91 tune and stay off boost (should i do the eco mode tune?? or stage 1 91 tune? what do u suggest)

im in queens, gas is horrible over here, jersey i heard has a system though, sumthing about odd & even days. in NYC its basically a free for all and no premium in site, once you get to long island its alil more civilized.

I doubt you need to go on the eco tune. That just basically cuts your boost as far as i know, which isnt needed if you just dont get your car in boost in the first place. I've had to do it as well and it all worked out just fine. Just baby it as much as possible

Drive 30 mins north. The Tarrytown and Irvington stations had gas and no lines when I drove by them this morning.

93 is also always the last to run out here.
