Anyone know what happened on the 15S?

Last night on my way home from the P&O meet I was going north on the 15. Somewhere around RB the 15S was packed with like 5 firetrucks, 15 or so ambulances and a slew of police cars. Traffic was at a standstill and nobody was moving through. Just wondering if anybody here knows what happened over there.

Van, pickup crash on I-15; 10 to 12 injured

RANCHO PENASQUITOS – Ten to 12 people were injured, apparently none critically, when a commercial shuttle van collided with a pickup on Interstate 15 about 9:30 last night, authorities said.

The cause of the crash wasn't immediately clear. The vehicles collided in southbound lanes north of Camino del Norte, the California Highway Patrol said.

Officers and fire crews called for a half-dozen ambulances after finding one van passenger bleeding and others complaining of back and leg pain.
