![]() I agree about Roxy. That chick has the crazy eye. Nice job on the bench ETD.
I'm gonna squat in my chucks today, not strong enough for Adidas yet.

![]() Why does that make you not want to bench? It wasn't even that bad. It would have been bad if he didn't have all those spotters.
Interesting to note that he was pushing off his toes and not driving through the heels. |

![]() Bad handoff. Good stability, nice drive. He's obviously not there but close enough to be a contender. Based on that lift I'd guess he's just a little south of 7 which is remarkable overall, especially considering he's 44.

![]() Yeah, I missed it.
Don't worry about pec tears until you're over 405. Until then, its rarely an issue. ![]() And for fetus, he is not driving through his toes. He is driving down through his heels. Because he is pretty high on his toes, it doesn't look like that, but that is what is happening. |

![]() This was already explained multiple times to you, fool.
There are 2 major ways to press. On your heels or on your toes. Choose 1. Don't do some version that's between the two. On the toes gives you a better arch. On the heels is more positive leg drive. Depends on your anatomy, strengths/weaknesses, and preference. |
