Default ej20 z3?

theirs a 99 bmw z3 forsale near me dumb cheap. I have a 03 wrx with a Cert of destruction

long story short how much work do you think it be to swap the ej in?
I also have a 257 block so possibly a hybrid build?

my main concern is will the damn thing fit? the z3 is a inch or something like that bigger

(if it fit without cutting into the strut towers)
as I see how it would need -

- custom subframe/ engine mounts
- custom trans adapter place
- reinforced rear end (z3 got week rear ends)
- wiring (would probably send to iwire or someone)
- cooling? (would like to possibly keep tmic custom add the hood scoop to the bmw for aesthetics)
possibly rework bmw cooling system to work to work ?
- custom skid plate?

another idea I had to make it fit would be tube frame front end

just an idea but id like some chime in.
don't have an endless bank account but if it took a few years so be it. as I have most parts I can cut down heavy on part cost and sell what's left.
