another endlink thread 03 rear endlinks
i bought an 03 back in august 05 and had to replace the endlinks because they were making a clunking sound everytime i turned.
it worked up until a few weeks from now. after having the car jacked up to install my turbo back exhaust i looked at the endlinks to see why they were making that clucking sound again. to my shock i noticed the nut that was holding the endlink on to the sway bar had become undone and was only hand tight. it seems to be missing a bushing and washer on the inboard side. (on the other side it looks like this bolt - washer - bushing - endlink - bushing - washer - nut). when i installed it i was dead sure i tightened them down all the way, i even took the wheel off after about 300 miles to retorque the bolts...ugh so how would i go about getting another bushing for it? i mean i've looked at swaybars and endlinks online and they dont seem to come with the bushings.

I'd stay away from the pillowball style altogether and get either Whiteline or Kartboy's.

piroball is awesome, i have the helix and i love them. i'll deal with the clunking(haven't experienced it yet, but even if it does show up late to the party) rather than have poly bushings that could squeak.
