Thumbs up Home made turbo system

Hi everyone.I`m new to this site.We here have made a turbo system for my brother inlaws 1990 subaru legacy 2wd 5 speed. It used a 95-97 header with a T3 turbo from a buick gn and a intercooler from a turbo coupe. We also added an adjustible fuel regulator to help boost fuel pressure under boost.
In stock legacy form the subaru went 16.8`s@81 mph.Now we added the turbo and the car went 15.3`s@92 mphand at the 1/8 mile it`s going 71mph.That was done at 5psi.We set the boost to 8 psi.Now we have no tracion but it went 75mph in the 1/8 and 94mph but was breaking up on the top due to ignition problem(has not been tuned up in 2 years)
I beleive at 10 psi we should be able to run over 100 mph. This is being done without electronics and everything is homemade. The downpipe is 2 1/2 inches and goes into a 2 inch exhaust.
Feel free to ask any questions about this system.
