There will only be 100 of the STi made. Check to make sure the dealer you are working with is getting one. With 650ish dealers in the country most will never see one. If they are not getting one and you want to cancel your order they may keep your deposit. Just FYI.

Now all it needs are some ugly, bright green rims to complete the package

Chrome headlights are atrocious IMO. Why didn't they stick to the black housings like they had 08-11?

Congrats to you as well. My ETA is also May. I can't wait. The dealership owner had it reserved in his name, then changed his mind last week. It'll be my first Subaru, heck it'll be my first non-Ford.

I think that color would draw way too much attention for my taste.

To each his own, but ridiculous orange color and lame decals... why not just buy a new Mustang? It looks just like one.

Attachment 70234
I considered buying a BOSS instead. However, the price difference, including the $5K plus markup all the dealers were doing, along with the lack of AWD, and the fact that EVERYONE drives a Mustang now, changed my mind. I don't regret my decission at all.

I do wish the SEMA STI came with a sunroof as I have always wanted one, but sometimes you just have to make sacrifices.

Saw one in Phoenix a few weeks ago. The color grows on you, but I still prefer my WRB.

^LOL

There are so many different oranges they could have picked. This one is ugly and falls flat of what an orange subie should be..

I'm horribly biased since I painted my 02 orange.

The 300 examples that will be produced at the Indiana plant here in the U.S. will come with Tangerine Orange Pearl paint off-set with jet black custom wheels, black front fender badging and exterior mirrors. The Special Editions cars also receive black exterior graphics to set them apart. The sporty WRX and WRX STI already attract the attention of the local law enforcement, but the new orange exterior color is sure to attract even more attention now. Anyone who has driven the WRX STI knows it’s made for performance and can’t be driven slow.

Is this true that it will be produced in the US?
