All cylinders were around 110-120 psi. Car idles rich, 12.0 afr. It stopped dieing though when i adjusted the fpr. If I give it gas it shoots to 14.7

Clamp off the line for the FPR. Adjust it so pressure is 42psi. Remove clamp.

Report back on your AFR.

I dialed it in around 42 or 43 psi with the line clamped and when I first start the car the afr on my wideband is 14.7 then it changes to 12.0. That's way too rich I think that's why I had to put oil in the cylinders. I'll have to check what romraider is reporting on my actual o2 sensor in the header. The car is running good even though it says it's running rich.

Forgot to mention i changed the old fuel pump out it was a dw200 and now I put in a walboro 255.

I'll have more time to mess with it next week and I'll boost leak test it and send a log to my tuner.

Nothing but problems with this new fuel setup but at least I'm getting somewhere.

Well fixed the car, fix was spraying oil into the cylinders. Haven't had a problem now and fixed all the other issues by fixing all the vacuum leaks.

Thanks everyone for helping me.

Thanks for replying, glad it worked out.

I wonder if a ring/rings were stuck and the oil freed them up. Unusual solution.

Ok im still having a few problems but I got the car driving pretty good.

I'm having a problem where I hear a clicking noise in the engine bay when I rev the engine. I can't figure out what this is. It does this after i drive it. Anyone have any ideas? It doesn't do it all the time either. If I shut the car off for a couple minutes and restart it it goes away.

One other problem I have is this..the fuel pressure drops slowly over time when the car is running. If I turn the car on the pressure is 43psi, but after 10 minutes of it idling it slowly lowers about 10psi and I have to turn it up manually to hit 43 psi again. Any idea why that is happening?

Edit: could this be my front axles? Both axles have had the boots ripped in half for over 10k miles.

Ok I've gotten most of the things ironed out on this car but now i have a boost leak from the driver side front fuel injector, where it sits in the intake manifold.

I tried taking the rails off and put brand new o rings and retightened them and it didn't fix it. I have ID 1050x injectors. I tried putting flange sealant around the insulator above the o ring and it worked for a little while but it came back. So I ordered a new insulator and I'm going to see if that helps. If that doesn't help, I guess I'll try the flange sealant again but I'll use more. It's an odd spot for boost to leak. Its not even leaking fuel, just air. But I guess these radium rails aren't putting enough force on the injector to seal it down. Anyone else ever have this problem?
