On that note i could use advice on wiring harnesses

I still have wiring diagrams that may help from a few swaps i was involved in.. but i would recommend shipping your wire harness to iWire..

What's left on your swap? You will need a fuel pump regulator for your project fyi if you haven't installed one yet.
