This happened early yesterday morning just south of Vero Beach, about 45 mins from where I live.

Sad part is that the dealership does not have to disclose those cars were damaged while new.

Depends on state law. In MD they have to disclose any major damage to a new untitled car. If they were used cars they would not have to disclose the damage.
