Snow is cool and all, however the fun only lasts so long... I wish I could drive 'away' from it all after I am done and have nice clean roads with warm weather. Ugh.

^^^I'm with this guy. Wet and cold doesn't appeal to me.

The lack of snow in my area is making me really mad that my summer set up is sitting in the garage.

I really enjoyed the winter storm here in Washington. Got 14 inches on the ground to play with, but then we lost power in the ice storm/thaw. I stopped liking it after 3 days without power. I got enough winter as well.

I am in GA. we only get ice. everything shuts down, the stores are all sold out, no power. But I will take that for a few days since it will probably never snow in SoCal. I just want one good day of ice/snow drifting before I move.

I'm in Maryland and we usually get snow during the winters (sometimes a ton and sometimes barely any) but I'm not a cold/snow/winter person!

Yes it is! That was the first round on the track, the last day of the weekend. So it was a nice layer of snow over the ice. I want to go back

Got some snow today for the first time since the beginning of January. Found a closed parking lot and took a couple videos. Watch in 720p if you can, pretty decent quality for an iPhone 4.

So the goal is to find the oldest possible thread and then bump it?

If so, this isn't nearly the oldest. Here's an old one:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1397968

But typically there's a new winter thread each year:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1654573
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1860518
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2262823
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2429969

I saw this and created a new thread instead of bumping a year old one.

If you bump an old thread then you're necro-posting.
If you start a new thread then you didn't 'search.'

Damned if you do, damned if you don't, in typical NASIOC fashion.

what to do is get the hell over it, enjoy the pretty pictures, and let the mods and admins do their jobs and archive or delete threads.

Doesn't mean if it's older ya n00b. It's more active now. Listen to xluben below.

You fail! Deal with it.

Well said.

New one every year is better. Less pages to go through also.
