Default different car vibration

I've only had the car a little over a month . Ever since i've been trying to figure out the cause of my shaking/vibration above 60mph+ . You can kind of feel it doing a lurching deal around 40mph at light consistent throttle . Anytime above 60mph+ , It will shake the steering wheel starting , then shake the radio area and you can feel it in your legs for a few seconds . It comes and goes . Things I've tried are Hubs and bearings , Outer tie rods , Tightened a top tranny mount that was loose which helped it a little . I've checked for excessive drive shaft play and have looked for any missing weights . Road forced balance tires and alignment. I have noticed that after a week or so all my tires lose around 10psi of pressure and dont lose anymore after that . That 40mph lurching subsides after airing them back to proper pressure . heres a video if you can tell the steering wheel shaking .
. watch in HD if possible

It could be the tires or the wheels. I had a 280 z that when I first got it at certain speeds the steering wheel would shake like a dog ****ting chicken bones and this is after having the wheels and tires balanced a coupled times. When I got a set of brand new tires the shaking stopped.

Ok will look into that asap thanks. I have a pass inner tie rod that has slight play but not enough to make it shake how it does
