Default The film "Eastern Promises" was a terrible, terrible film.

It had some great acting, Viggo was awesome as was his accent... but the story... MEH! I expected way more Russian mob violence (other than that cool shower scene where he pwn3z those dudes, could have done without the nudity)

It wasn't the best movie. But come on Bruce, it wasn't deserving of TWO 'Terrible's!

I love it. I own it on Hi-Def (hd-dvd) and it's ****ing-tastic. Great movie to chill and enjoy.

go watch a 1990's action movie if that's what you're after.

The ending definately pissed me off a little, and after watching "A History of Violence" before this, I thought the movies were too similar. Same director, same lead actor, same idea. But it's a very good movie nonetheless.

And the bathhouse fight was badass. Weenur or not, one of the most realistic fight scenes I've seen in awhile.

the movie was sick. there was a pretty good amount of violence and throat cutting scenes that were quite nasty. also the finger part. good flick.
