Bay Area - San Francisco - shops/fabrication

Does anyone know of a shop that can help me modify my bumper and as a bonus weld a custom exhaust? Cant seem to find anyone that can do this or is willing to do it (understandable). Only person I found is BK Industries all the way in idaho but obviously thats not doable.

ideas?

Moved from General as I'm sure the OP has no interest in my great shop just outside of Boston.
