Default Help! WOT stutter around 3-4000 rpms!

I have a 2015 Subaru wrx that i recently finished modifying and to top it off I went with a e60 blend tune! happily made 300whp. then the problems came. after about the 2nd re-fueling i noticed at full wot the car starting stuttering heavy and at first i thought it was a boost leak. No traces of a boost leak anywhere even with a smoke test couldn't find anything. i thought the stutter was in my head as all my friends told me the car pulls just as hard and fast. then i re-fueled a second time and came the problems. now the car doesnt go past 4000 rpms and bounces so terribly! any advice? and no the car is not throwing ANY CEL codes

the current mods
- EGR and TGV deletes
- COBB flex fuel kit
- MAPerformance highflow cat and intake
- AEM chargepipe with stock BPV recirc kit

car is currently sitting at around 68,000 miles.
