Default 2004 Subaru WRX daily?

https://jacksonville.craigslist.org/cto/d/macclenny-2004-subaru-wrx/7164463988.html

Should I buy this as a daily? What makes me think it's not a great idea is the mileage. According to the owner it's mostly stock and only had 2 owners.

162,700 miles though and a 16 year old car. For $6500. Thoughts anyone? I would greatly appreciate it.
