Default Sedona Red Pearl Wagon

I read somewhere here that the SRP wagons were ultra rare. I can't seem to find the thread, so; is that really the case? I've got my eye on a 2003 with under 100k for under 8k. No mechanical problems, really well taken care of, a slight hint of dog.

What say you?

That's what I have. I recall seeing only one other bugeye wagon in my color. It seems the sedans are just as rare. I don't know if it makes the car more valuable though.

It doesn't make it more valuable at all.
But I love my 02 SRP wagon!

Thanks guys. I was pretty sure it wouldn't be any more valuable, but is a gorgeous color. Plus I like the more unique ones, being a SY driver

I saw an olive green bugeye once. It was kind of ugly but cool looking at the same time. If the army used Subies that's the color it would have been, except it was glossy instead of drab. It was so long ago I don't remember for sure if it was a wagon or sedan, but iirc it was a sedan.

The Yellows aren't that rare. Joe Spitz's site says there were 1500 Sonic Yellow sedans and another 1500 wagons. The information I read on the SRP wagon was somewhere below 699 IIRC.

I know there's a yellow bugeye wagon and a yellow bugeye sedan around here. I've seen 3 SRP Bugeyes, two wagons and one sedan (with a painted STi wing, it looks awesome!).

SRP FTW. I wish I had jumped on the one for sale here, but I wasn't in the market for a WRX at that time.

I don't know if I'd jump on one with mileage that high, although the price is fair. Maybe hold off a while and find one with a little less ticks on the odo.

Fantastic color for a wagon too. Second only to an Aspen White bugeye wagon IMHO.

I consider that to be a low mileage Subaru

There was a thread not too long ago on this; someone claimed there were only X made (300? -forgot how many). I have an 03, now with 46k miles. BTW I see a number of older legacy wagons around that are either SRP or very close.

I would have so bought a STI in SRP but with the older copper fleck and not the new bluish/purple fleck.

Default My 2000 SRP L 5-Speed wagon

I have a 2000 Impreza L 5-Speed Wagon in Sedona Red Pearl, just wondering.... What are the production numbers?? I've searched high and low and have barely found anything. A simple Google search won't even pull up a picture of my car, it only shows the OBS version. Any help?

Sorry but Joe Spitz page says 1500 total not 1500 of each.

There were 1500 total Sonic Yellow split 50/50 sedan and wagon, there were only 450 Blaze Yellow's all sedans split 50/50 5 speed or auto.
