Water shouldn't be a concern actually. I have a plate under the vent opening that is like a scoop that sits underneath the hood. It should help to channel the air from under the hood up and out of the vent at speed. It also extends forward enough that the opening is over the radiator hose and space between the block and radiator, so any rain or water pouring in will just flow down through there.

You can kinda make out the piece in the side view of it installed. I will try to get better pics tomorrow when I do the final install.

Was jk, got em welded shut and the trunk repainted. Two 1/2" holes horizontal to each other. If you're in pa I can refer you to the place I had this done, saved buying and installing a different trunk. Reattachment of the badge would be possible with modification to the badge, if you need that feeling of "a way back to stock".

Car looks great man. IMO this is the perfect stance and wheel offset. How do you like the H&R coils? I'm leaning towards them myself. Also, what size wheels/offset you running and any fender work?

Ill never understand why people remove or blackout the Subaru stars emblems (blackout on an emblem looks so awful compared to straight removal), they make the car look good if you ask me (opinions, I know), I can understand removing the dealership advertising, I did that.

I agree with you, never understood it. It's kind of like the license plate deletes, that don't delete anything really. I had the license plate delete for awhile but now I'm not sure why I did it. I have the front plate mount shaved flush now, I definitely prefer it.

I'd like to see a photo of the shaved front mount. That's a tempting thing to do, though it is pretty involved with getting the bumper repainted.

I think this is one, don't have any really good pics since it was done. My car was parked and got some shrapnel from an accident nearby so I had them shave it while they were doing the work for an extra $100.

I made a install review with tips for installing. It's here if you would like to take a look.

Congrats on the exhaust, I'm still enjoying mine.

What the hell is wrong with people? I stop in for a beer and appetizer with my wife and someone does this? The pizza joint we were at doesn't even serve anything like this. What the hell is it??
