that looks like its in a pretty bad place... i highly doubt that can be popped. generally anything on a corner or lip is pretty much not gonna happen.

I think you could get a new fender for cheaper than that from a part out.

If you have a hairdryer and a can of CO2 computer duster laying around you can always try this first...

So if the paint is already messed up what do you have to lose by trying?

I dunno if it will work on that type of dent anyway, but it would be pretty cool if it did. Make sure you take video...

heat up the metal and it expands, Use the duster upside down to get the Co2....center of the dent starts to contract...thus pulling the dent back out. Dry ice works better tho.

Damn you were lucky, that dent was soooo close to your nice headlight!

Just buy a used fender and replace it. Easiest/cheapest/fastest way to fix your problem.

If you pull everything apart and use some body tools you could probably hammer it to look about 80% decent (not incredibly obvious, but noticable up close). I did something similar on my 03 Malibu; I got sideswiped by a tractor trailor and all it did was bend in one fender...it took a while, but when I was done only I could notice. But I also has access to the back through the fender well. It is at least worth a try...you can always look for another fender later.

You could try this guy for a fender. There are alot of 02' psm part outs. Just look around and good luck.

If the paint isn't crack I'd PDR (paintless dent repair) - it'll be about $100

I wonder if the heating and cooling process shown above isn't bad for your paint...?
