those are good numbers, cars with those kinds of numbers (not sure how they correlate) on our dyno should be able to pull high 10s in the 1/4, which is faast.

Those are some stellar numbers and a huge rise between 4 and 5k rpm.

what type of dyno do they run?
Dynacom dyno. Tuner mentioned it reads a little lower than Surgeline's Mustang Dyno.

Yes he did. I think you should go to Dom. He's tuned more Subaru's than any RG tuner.

I always thought about going to your dyno and seeing what it would put down. In the future

Thanks! Yeah. It's hard to see since the colour is so light but torque basically doubles from 200 to 400 in 1000rpm between 3500 and 4500

such a tricky question.....

my best guess would be about 4-5K in parts....labor to build the engine will vary from 0$ (DIY), "more than you can afford pal"$ and everything in between depending on who does it....

awaiting to see what mr. coolaid's answer is .....

oh and congrats man....good results, you should really make one of dem build threads so we can see what all you've done...i'm way too lazy to put the pieces together myself

oh and is that on 94?

Motor, fuel system, and turbo kit together probably around 10-11k. Not too sure might be a bit less or a bit more.

10-11k? Wow, Baller Lam, is it the final version or there will be more in the future? What's with the 650hp STi build on your FB?

Congrats on your number and glad to see it done so fast!! (I like the vids on your FB, but I like the "VTec kick-in ****" one the most!!

How is the handling right now? Scared? DO you need to change HD clutch to handle that monster power?

alcoolaid, it's always awesome to see someone go on with a full motor build and leave the exterior relatively untouched.

Priorities!

Sounds like a killer.

yeah of course it is... With a danfoss 52kw vlt drive for infinite speed control and pitot tubes and baro sensors to ensure ambient dyno pressure == ambient outside pressure (so no fake pulls). Old setup i could hold WOT at 6k for 10 secs now it should be infinite. The vlt alao has pulsed speed input to simulate road speed if u want. Plus enough hp left over fpr vectored air (shouldnt need it tho). The major upside is fater loading & unloading. Despite Some peoples claims that the hood should be closed (which easily could have been witb our old setup, and actually used to be until we knew better) the hoods will still stay open when possible (they will probably fly out) for other reasons which are too hard to explain here
