Default Where to get replica Bride cushions?

Hi all,
I have a pair of authentic Bride Gias in my car with the black gradation cushions. Does anyone know of a source for replica Gias cushions? I basically just want the foam as I plan on having them recovered in alcantara. I want to save the cushions I have in case I decide to sell the seats down the road. I've looked into the authentic cushions, but they cost ~$500 for a pair (out of my budget). I know f1spec sells a replica Gias seat, but they won't sell me the cushions alone. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

i asked alex from 10th street jdm and having them made and recovered would put me over budget. it takes a lot of labor to make them right.

Wait longer and increase your budget. You're asking for an overpriced 'JDM' brand....you can't find that cheap (even though the cost to manufacture is damn near the same as any other seat).

You are in luck my friend!

I ordered bride stradia mazioras. They ONLY come in black cushions and I wanted gradiation, so I bought seperate pads for $500+ like you said. Now I can sell you my authentic brand new bride black cushions if you'd like. How much would you be willing to pay for those?

my budget is based more on value rather than what i can afford. i can afford to pay the $500 for the cushions. if i wanted another set of bride covered cushions, i would just buy the authentic ones. i don't think it's prudent to pay $500 for authentic ones when i'm just going to strip the covers off and pay another $300 to have them rewrapped. i don't need jdm authentic foam, so i'm looking for replica cushions. my butt won't know the difference anyways.

Understood! I'm the same way. I can afford all the toys I want, but justifying them is the main holdback 99% of the time.

Also, any GOOD upholstery shop can make a replica cushion for you. I had a full set of Bride inserts made a while back from my local shop for $300. That's including the cutting of the foam and wrapping it.

Or get in touch with D-Money!

Also, check around your area for motorcycle shops. A lot of custom bike shops make their own cushions and wrap them.

Just a suggestion....most hole in the wall places will work with you a lot more. Especially when you're face to face....

it would look sick to have bride pillow covers and bed sheets.... random thought but it would be bad ass.

It's ALWAYS good to shop around. I've also found that the more I use a "hole in the wall" shop, the better the deals get.

Hell, I get crazy welding and upholstery work done for CRAZY cheap now. I try to build relationships with local companies...it makes them happy to have repeat business, and they become more inclined to help you out.

I've actually picked up 2 local sponsors that way (custom exhaust shop and upholstery shop)!
