Default 2011+ STI lower control arms on a 2011+ WRX

So today I successfully installed 2011+ STI aluminum lower control arms on my 2013 WRX hatch. It's a 100% bolt on affair with the only parts required being the lower control arms themselves and the STI rear mounting bolts (the WRX uses a stud and nut). After installation I test dove the car, there is definitely more NVH transmitted into the cabin, it's not excessive, but there none the less. The car feels somewhat "tighter" if that makes sense. Other than that not too much changed in the steering feel other than the wheels returning to center slightly easier/faster. Overall I'm happy with the mod, however unless you find a smoking deal on the LCAs the cost to benefit ratio just isn't there. Just thought I'd share if anyone was interested. Thanks for reading.

i changed mine 2 years ago. lot better than the groupN mount which i tried. and caused way more feedback through the steering wheel.

i'd do suspension and then control arms after.

Good to know... I plan on swapping to these arms when my stock WRX LCA rear rubber bushings rip themselves to pieces (or rather just before)

For the 2011 WRX, nothing else needs to change right? Just the arms? Same axels, same everything?

I did this mod on my narrowbody 2010 wrx like 2-3 years ago. very happy with it. I like the greased/sealed/booted pillowball joint. a bit more involved on the narrow body though. I swapped out my axles and inner tie rods for longer units.
