Default Outfront Motorsports not taking responsibility, lack of communication

Link to my journal thead:

04 WRB STI Catastrophic engine failure May 13, 2017, 3rd build Outfront V3 CD

I'm a Socal local and if your thinking of having work done by them read my journal first, it will make you think twice. I have purchased items in the past, but this is my first experience with a motor build with them. When I picked up my car after the engine build, they reassured me I would be taken care of in the event of a failure due to their work since I had all the work done by them including removal and reinstallation. As a consumer I relied on their expert recommendations for the build. Looks like they are not taking any responsibility even though the shop they farm their head work to is representative of their company. Since dropping my car back to them after the engine failure, I have not had a good experience with them at all with no communication from the owner even after requesting for him to call me back in May.

This sucks. iaG has warrantied engine repairs even when the craftsmanship wasn't at fault. Check out white wing sti on YouTube.

I purchased a closed deck from outfront Motorsports also, this isn't pleasing to hear that they haven't responded to you yet.

Damn it another supertech failure (of course no one is going to admit fault whether it be headgames or outfront )

I would always go IAG since not only do they use Manley valves which are extremely reliable (I have 85k on mine) but they just assemble the whole block with upgraded heads and send it to you. If anything goes wrong, IAG will fingerpoint at IAG which is like blaming yourself in the mirror (and through self-introspection, claim accountability)
