Default 2013 Crosstrek. Multiple CEL after clutch swap.

I have a co-worker with a problem. He swapped the clutch on his car and says when he gives the car any amount of throttle, the car wants to die.
This happens even in neutral.

I asked him to check for CELs and he came back with a list. I did some research and came up with the following:

p0011 Camshaft position sensor. Intake camshaft, bank one, advanced too far.
VVT issue. Faulty camshaft actuator, failed VVT solenoid, or oil supply issue.

p0021 Camshaft position sensor. Intake camshaft, bank two, advanced too far.
VVT issue. Faulty camshaft actuator, failed VVT solenoid, or oil supply issue.

p050a Cold start IAC system
Faulty MAF, IAC valve failure, wiring to IAC, MAF, PCM.

p0019 Crankshaft / /Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 2 Sensor "B".
Timing chain/belt stretched/worn. Faulty VVT acuator or solenoid, low oil, VVT wiring, slipped/broken tone rings on crank/camshafts (damanged during clutch change?)

p0017 Crankshaft / /Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor "B".
Timing chain/belt stretched/worn. Faulty VVT acuator or solenoid, low oil, VVT wiring, slipped/broken tone rings on crank/camshafts (damanged during clutch change?)

p0108 MAP pressure too high.
Fautly sensor, vacuum leak @ IM, wiring.

The common trigger I'm seeing is VVT. Is there a chance there is a plug(s) that was disconnected when the trans was removed and not plugged back in?

I have him going over the car to look for anything not plugged in or grounded. I just wanted to get a jump on a search, just in case.

Any advice? Thanks, in advance!

Well yes and no - the common telltale trigger is the P0017 & P0019

Did he replace or remove the flywheel for resurface? The reluctor wheel for the crank sensor is a steel plate that mounts between the crankshaft and the flywheel with a small dowel to locate it in the proper place.
If the tabs on the reluctor are in the wrong location/direction it will give these type codes - the ECM looks to the crankshft for the "master" timing input. It is VERY easy to get the reluctor on incorectly and the steel is so thin the dowel just makes a new dimple.

Have him make sure the reluctor is installed facing the correct way - tabs toward the engine.
Have him make sure the little dowel is lined up in the little hole in the reluctor.
Make sure no tabs are bent.

I don't think I have ever worked with a Subaru tech that did not do this once - the first time....

Noted, and thank you. This does sound like a good place to start. Awesome. I'll show this to him ASAP.
