Default Aerosim-Research - Beware!

Hello forum,

Below is a brief and blunt summary of my experience with Aerosim-Research.

13 months ago I sent this “company” $7,096.00 to produce a wide body kit and roof panel for my rs coupe. About 6 months worth of excuses later they, Mr. Ramm, stopped responding to my emails. He has since refused to issue a refund in a timely manner, or in any manner, he refuses to respond to letters from my attorney, and for anyone thinking of ordering one, he refuses to build body kits as promised. Apparently making aircraft bits is much more lucrative and the rest of us can piss off. No, I’m not the only one waiting. A big thing to note is his unwillingness to respond to emails once you have placed an order and absolutely no answers to when things will be finished or when he will even start. It’s flakiness at its finest to put it mildly. Aerosim-research.com/progress. Note that that page has not been updated since June. I have no idea who the nice looking pieces shown in those pictures were for but I can say with confidence he has not made a single part for any of the people waiting for kits since the creation of that “progress” page back in ~April 2019.

Maybe I’m an impatient spoiled brat ...who knows ...but I will be seeing Mr. Ramm in small claims court soon. One thing I have learned from this is not to let someone string you along for this long and expect a refund because you have a limited amount of time to file a claim with your cc company. I waited too long trusting someone whom I shouldn’t have. Stephen Ramm has zero integrity IMO.

P.s. just saw this, check out the most recent fb review. It sounds so similar to my story it’s freaky.
