Default Diablo Subaru Walnut Creek, CA

I purchased my subaru from the closest dealership to my house, on this forum i have heard that they had a poor service department. i had an issue with an older impreza and the shop took 2 weeks to repair and i had to call to get updates. They did their jobs but didn't take customer service into the mix. i knew this when purchasing my 15' STI. Didn't know i would end up friends with my salesman. Turns out their dealership was having issues. I was just told to come back in because new shop manager.

This guy was good, he is a fan of the brand, understands that a soccer mom isn't gunna have the same complaints a STI owner will. he also understood that a new car owner is going to be paranoid. Diablo subaru took my car, treated it like it was their own and serviced it to the point they were happy with it. then they called quickly to return my ride.

this department is different now. they have a younger vibe, with hard workers and a upbeat attitude. they understand their rep was tarnished but they are welcoming the chance to make good by their owners.

Go to Diablo Subaru if you are in the east bay, things are turning around!

I bought a used car from them recently, and everything went smoothly and they seemed nice enough and they were very honest about any problems with the car
