Default Beating a Dead Horse: 02-03 ABS Issue

I'm just wondering if anybody has had the 02-03 ABS control unit reflashed by a Subaru dealer recently; I just called my local and got the run-around that my 02 wagon does not have any ABS TSB's, even though I gave them the TSB number .

My car was abandoned during the '05 owner notification program so it was never reported or fixed, now I'm wondering if I should just pull the fuse or call SOA and see if they can help me get it "fixed".

Thanks everybody!

I just had it done. I just realized you don't have a question for me to answer.

I didn't notice any difference. I was autocrossing when I noticed that sometimes it would go into "ice mode" and not let me use the full potential of the brakes for .5-1sec. I had the module replaced per that TSB; I still have that problem. Everything feels the same.

Yeah mine gets pretty bad, to the point that I have to completely let off the brake and brake again. Did you have to twist your dealers arm or did they recognize that it was an SOA program and replace the module for free? My dealer kind of sucks at CS so I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even look for the TSB.
