Question HELP! - ABS light on and binding front diff - No ABS Codes :(

Hey all, I have a 05 STi and I recently have been experiencing an issue where my front diff is binding on sharp turns as well as the ABS light being on.

Symptoms:
Bind/chunking at slow speeds
ABS light on / ABS not working

Tests:
First I checked all fuses in the kick panel and under the hood, none are blown.

I put the DCCD into fully open and the amount the diff binds goes down a lot but is still prevalent.

Replaced passenger axle as it was leaking from the boot a tad. No Change, old axle CV joint is fine.

Connected Laptop with FreeSSM and there are no ABS trouble codes. I can monitor the sensors in the "Transmission" diagnostics but I get NO readings for the speed sensors or the "ABS" sensor variable. (Is this normal?) I still see brake light, neutral, yaw readings.

I have tried to get any codes by initiating the ABS flash sequence using the DCCD dial, however when I do this, the DCCD green oval just flashes continuously (no code sequences).

I replaced the ABS module which is connected to the ABS pump with a used working unit. No change.

I tested to make sure ABS was indeed not working by getting up to speed and able to lock up all tires with heavy braking.

Front diff/trans fluid is at normal level and has been replaced 6-8 months ago (Motul 300).

HELP!
I have read that the ABS and DCCD modules work together and I am assuming that since the ABS is not working correctly, the DCCD is not adjusting correctly at low speeds causing the binding.

I am now stumped and do not know what to try next. Has anyone experienced anything like this or know what else I should try to test?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
