maxpowr currently has the tag, and said he's gonna post something today. I would offer that today should be the last day he has to post up a new tag, because he's had it more than 48 hours, and only because he's stated that he's going to post something. I like the 48 hour rule, but I also think one last chance if the person says they're going to tag something is appropriate. If you know you're not going to be able to tag something, then just offer it up for anyone else to do.

However, atomicfire, I would suggest that you take a tag pic somewhere, but don't post it yet today. Tomorrow, if maxpowr hasn't posted his new tag by then, then post your pic up, and it will be the new south nj tag. I think that's fair.

Just my thoughts tho, if others think differently, then by all means, consensus wins.

^sounds good.

I agree with prime mover though. Some rules are necessary in order to keep the game moving, the 48hr rule being one of them.

Hope the install went well. If I woulda known, I'd have offered to come help you out. I installed, removed, and re-installed, and re-removed (lol) a vf39 from my car, so I'm far too familiar with the process .

The rule we were suggesting is that once someone grabs the tag, they have 48hrs to post up a new one. Not a limit on how long it takes to find the tag.

...I did go looking for a good driving road while I was up north though. found telegraph hill road. too many driveways and intersections to carve corners, but nice twisties and elevation changes none-the-less. I love south jersey but its so flat. (wow sounds like an old GF )

...theres alot more subies in north jersey too. I saw a black Leggy GT on the GSP, and two modded wrx wagons on rt 36.

also found this road haha...

Telegraph hill rd! in Holmdel?! I live 5 minutes away from there! There are really great driving roads around here. Let me know man thats funny.

EDIT" GSP and rt36 you must have been in holmdel. SOOO close to my house its ridiculous.

if you went south, down Crawfords Corner road you would have past my house and then there starts to be some good roads because the town is not as built up and you get away from the major hwys like 35 and 36. I hope that wasnt a tag because I could have definitely hit that up today haha but am going back to college first thing tomorrow morn.

I'm on Crawfords Corner rd at least once a month for work... back entrance from Freehold to the Holmdel police barracks and one of the GSP maintenance yards

There are some good roads up by where I tagged the Hermitage in Ho-Ho-Kus. 502 is fun and just go more north to Mahwah and you will def find some good roads.

What still no finds on DT? oops. So yeah I know where that is but I don't want to be a tag hog.

Oh thats pretty cool, hopefully you have found some of the nice carving roads.

Also, Mahwah has some really great roads as well, up and down rt 202. Its 163 off the parkway for those who want to go for a fun ride. Rt 17 is a nice ride south because you can actually see NYC above the treeline/roadline, since it is farther north and higher elevation. Gives the illusion that NYC skyline is floating in the air, pretty cool.

...okay, well where is it??

...this can be a fun game and I'm not trying to be tag nazi, but you're kinda holding the game up now. I vote that if theres no tag up in the next 24 hours, someone else can grab my atco tag, or I will find the time to put up a new South tag.

As for you NNJ guys... wtf is goin on?? Someone find the evil inside them (hint, hint) and go to that tower!!!

Hey, tag hog or not, at least it'd get done, and can move to another place. Obviously not too many folks know where that is (myself included), otherwise we should have had some tag movement by now.
