Exhaust looks sick! But I'm sorry, I just cant stand the super cambered wheels. The trend by me is Uber camber and tiny wheels with like 20 series tires.

Just my opinion. Otherwise I love what you've done with your Impreza.

Rallisport axleback installed. Thanks Mike, a wise man once told me "Patience, patience you must learn", followed by a muppetesque laugh. And thanks... Mike... from Infamous Performance in Escondido for the clean cut and more than reasonable price!

Ignore my San Francisco souvenir (scratch above the exhaust).

Put some door edge guard on the bumper cutout after taking the pictures to clean/fill it, props to Reverand for the idea.

Dont forget 1080p on the YouTube settings so you can see my license plate number!

The YouTube video says "This video is private." So I don't know if any of us will be able to see it unless you change that property.

That fixed it. Sounds good. How does it sound from inside the car (with the windows up)?

By the way, what ramps are those in the first picture, and how do you like them?

Windows up... mainly noticeable upon startup and winding down when slowing to stop.

The entire floor of my car is covered with MLV, Im sure that makes a difference.

Perfectly happy with it, not too loud, not too quiet. I dont have a nice stereo with dampening just to be annoyed by the exhaust, eh?

the finished product looks cool cut thru the lower valance...but is still kinda quiet. I would personally reccomend doing the muffler by-pass before spending this kinda $$ on an axle back system. I'm three days into, and probably 200 miles of a mix of highway and around town driving, on my muffler by-pass. IMHO, incredibly nice, and less that $13 invested...granted, I have a welder friend who shortened the walker exhaust tail piece for free.

I still laugh every time I hear the boxer, get a downshift burble...and think that it only cost me $13 to get that quality sound.

People like different things, a very generic statement. I dont need my 2.0i to sound like an STi, because its not. The tone on this is perfect for my taste and completely controlled.

If you want a loud exhaust, maybe the muffler delete is the way to go if its also that much cheaper. To each their own.

RIGHT!? Terrible man. Just look at the tracking order. Note that I live in Nashua. How the frig did it come here, go to Kentucky then come back!?

Anyway the jdmtoys look great with my LED DRL's.

I certainly meant no disrespect Caltech...I spent countless hours on three forums looking for muffler options. Many times I read that the muffler delete was too loud, and various You-tube video's didn't clear it up.

The stock muffler is bolted to a flange roughly above the rear axle with two 14mm bolts. Very easy to access, and test. My 14 XV was new enough, that the oem gasket simply came off with no damage.

Maybe still a little too enthusiastic on my part, but many would be surprised how quiet the car still is with the rear muffler deleted.

I was in no way offended sir. What matters is that we're all content with we have.

I have one for sale, if you are interested.

Took them off from 2013 impreza wagon, less than 4k miles.

I understand the "droning" is more pronounced with the CVT...5mt here. Also, what some may be confusing as droning, is simply a natural boxer resonance. Tires can drone at highway speeds, even certain drivetrains can drone.

Subaru's, just like Audi's...have lots of mechanical noises. It takes a very loud exhaust/intake to drown out all that mechanical goodness. For me, exhaust mods open up more exhaust note...and I like that. Aftermarket intakes, even if they don't add any power, open up more intake noise. Sometimes, sometimes...these mods make beautiful music together. It may ultimately not be any faster, but it sure as hell sounds like it.

Now I have to investigate the available intakes for the 2.0. Just read a thread talking about the Injen, kinda pricey too.

Did you read that Amazon had it a LOT cheaper than anyone else? I may pick it up, but perhaps from V24 Motorsport for a few dollars cheaper.

Money just burning than hole...

Here's a link to my LED DRL's:

http://store.ijdmtoy.com/High-Power-...20w-led-hl.htm

Here is a link to brighter LED DRL's that I should have gotten:

And yes sir I got my parking light's from jdmtoy. They were the plasma's. I use plasma LED's everywhere.

No problem! Now I have a good idea what to replace my DRLs with since Ill be doing the Bi Xenon retrofit soon, gotta keep those high beams for... some reason. Just have to figure out how to wire the projector solenoid to the high beam relay... Shouldnt be too difficult.
