Default 17x9 rota grid fitment question

Hey guys, so just the other day I blew my tire out on the freeway, and since I got a job now it seemed like a perfect time to not only replace the tires, but my wheels as well!

I'm leaning towards getting Rota Grids 17x9 and running on a 235/45/17. I'm just curious if I'm going to have to get my fenders rolled or any other suspension modifications if I want to get these rims on my 09 WRX.

Thanks.

Why would you get a 9" wheel to run a 235 tire?

17x9 +42 Grids wrapped in 245/40/17 tires should be a good setup. You'll need to roll the fenders though.
